Our Story
Bringing Vietnam to the Mid-South
Some folks miss a hometown. We missed a flavor — the pho our family made back in Vietnam, the one no bowl around town quite matched. So we started making it ourselves, the way we grew up with it.
The first Pho Haven opened in Southaven hoping for a few regulars. The neighborhood gave us far more than that: regulars who became friends, and friends who brought their whole families.
Nothing about the bowls has changed along the way — bones simmered 24 hours, spices toasted in-house, herbs cut the morning of service. Only the tables have grown, and the next ones are being set in Collierville.
Come in, stay a while. There's always a warm bowl waiting.
